Park Days...

We are taking advantage of the spring like weather we have been having-there is still a chance for a cold few days so we are our on the warm ones. The girls love this park so we usually spend our time here. Molly is lucky to find someone she knows almost every time we go and so she is off being the social butterfly that she is and me and Mags hang out. They love it and Maggie has always had no fear, but Molly is even pretty fearless as of late when it comes to the park and slides and such.

I also love watching Molly  make friends with kids that are around her age-she craves playing with "friends" even if she has no idea who they are! Maggie is content to tag along with Molly and do her own thing at the same time. We love living here for the great spring like weather we get in February!

Valentines Day!

We had a fun Valentines the girls were excited to get a little Valentine present from us and to wear their red for heart day. We started the day off with presents the girls each got a bucket with an outfit and some treats inside they were thrilled. We then made pink heart pancakes and played until Preschool. Mags and I helped out in Molly's class for their party and loved it. They looked so cute in their little Valentines day outfits and were actually cooperative when I asked to take their pictures. Molly had other things on her agenda like usual so she didn't stick around the whole time. Maggie on the other had showed me her true personality!!! We love these little ladies and they make Valentines way more fun. Clint had to work so girls and I were solo, but it was ok we still had a fun day!

Maggie's 3rd Birthday...

February 12, 2013

I can hardly believe my baby is 3! She was so excited about her birthday for weeks and kept saying she needed to go to Red Robin for her Birthday dinner because they sing "Happy Birthday to Maggie" and give her ice cream! She was right and got just what she wanted and they even brought Molly an ice cream too!
She had the best day woke up to "the birthday fairy"(what molly calls it) who had decorate her room during the night and got to open a few presents before daddy left for work. We then did the nail party and then after that we headed to dinner at Red Robin with Grandma Kara, Grandpa Steve, and Uncle Cody. After dinner we headed home for cake and ice cream with the Sevy's and Thompsons. To say she had the best birthday would be an understatement. She just kept saying "I am just so excited this is the best day ever" "You are the bestest mom in the whole new world" "I just lub my birthday so much" It was pretty cute and I loved making the day just about her. We are doing cake with the Broadheads this weekend so more partying for this sweet 3 year old.

HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY MAGGIE K.

Nail Party...

I didn't really want to do a big party for Mags since most her  buddies are about 6 mo. younger than her I thought it would be a bit tricky to have a real party so we asked Malea to paint her nails. Maggie took Molly and her best friend Lexi along and they got their nails painted.
Maggie and Lexi loved it while Molly could have been fine without hers done- she shed a few tears cuz it was cutting into her play time apparently and  was the real problem. That kid is extremely social!
Maggie felt like a little princess all day long and I was so glad we decided to do low key and make it all about her! After nails we went home and had do-nuts!
