Our friends Tadd and Kara needed a babysitter for over night since their babysitter they had lined up fell through. I offered to keep Sadie because we have not had
her over to play since school started and Molly was missing her anyways
so a sleep over it was. The girls had a blast, we went to the firehouse
for their annual open house. It is pretty cute, the kids get to do games to learn about fire safety, ride on the fire truck, get a fire hat that Maggie would NOT take off the whole time and a bouncy slide to go on as much as they wanted.
The fire house took up most the night so when
we got home we took showers, made popcorn, tucked everyone in for a movie and off they
went to dream land. They did stay up till about 10:30, but woke up happy
as could be. Molly was so thrilled to have had her best bud sleep
over for her first ever friend sleepover. I have to add that they were
very thoughtful of Maggie and keeping her included at all times. She
felt pretty special too!
