20 Months Old..

My little miss is 20 months old. She is getting so grown up and is definitely not a baby anymore-at all really! She is a lot more independent, but still loves to snuggle and give kisses all day long. She is so sweet and sensitive and has such a big heart. She has these grumpy days where everyone bugs her except her mom and she doesn't want anything to do with them. It is pretty funny when she has these it is not very often, but every once in a while. She usually is just a ham for everyone around. She can always make me and Clint laugh and thinks some of the things her daddy does are so funny. She is starting to repeat words a little here and there, she still doesn't say very much, but she can say "where she/he go" and " I sit" which is pretty good since she doesn't say very many single words. We are so happy to see her growing happy and healthy and always greeting/leaving us with a kiss. She is so sweet and I can't believe is is 20 months old. ---Binky days are a thing of the past these days-she had a rough couple of days, but doesn't even cry anymore during nap or bed time. She did so great really aside from those first two nap times and one bed time that where just awful and made me feel so sad for her, but we kept going and she is Binky Free! Molly loves to paint-

We tried to get out a play in the sun a little before it got too hot this week.
Molly's new thing at Costco- Climbing under the giant tables of mainly clothes/books.
This is Molly @ Pasta visiting dad- her favorite thing is a cup of ice- she will lead you to the drink station and point so she can have her ice.
She also loves sitting on this table ledge and eating some of the tomatoes-
We attempted the park this week too, but the slides were too hot for her little legs...
She is getting so grown up- I just can't believe it.And this is just so sweet or my sleeping beauty- she has become attached to this bear of hers and has to bring it out of her crib with her every day. She plays hard and by the end of the day she needs to do a lot of sleeping. Nothing cuter than a sleeping baby- well big girl in this case!
Happy 20 Months Miss Molly!

Wish us Luck!

Today is the day that we are going to say goodbye to little Miss Molly's beloved Binky-She has loved this thing since day one and I must admit I am kinda sad to see it go-it really is the only thing keeping her any bit of a baby-she is a big girl now for heaven sakes she is potty trained so I think it is time. So we have been cutting the tips off of her binky's and telling her they are broken and let her put them in the garbage-so today we are getting rid of ALL of them and we will see how it goes. I sure hope she does okay I am very nervous about this-that binky has been a life saver and now well we will just have to see.... Wish us Luck!!

Dadda

To my Daddy:
I love you because:
You adore me with all your heart and call me your "sweet pea".
You love to tickle me and make me giggle.

You pick me up when I fall down and make me feel safe.
You love to watch movies with me- even if they are "kiddish".
You can always make me smile- especially when you come home from work.
You work so hard so that Mommy can stay home with me and so that we can have whatever we need.
You are always concerned about me and how things will affect me.
You think that I am the whole wide world and love me more than all the stars in the sky.
You give me all your spare change to put in my piggy bank.
You love to snuggle with me in the morning and any other time for that matter.
You come in my room just to read me stories and play with me.
You love my mommy so much and make us such a happy family.I love you daddy, I hope you have a great Fathers day!
Love- Your Sweet Pea-Molly J.

We also want to wish the other fathers in our lives a HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

A little Random

These are just a bunch of Random pictures from the past week...Molly's new favorite thing is to climb up her slide and before she goes down strike this pose- She does it EVERY single time now and thinks she is pretty cool....
An after dinner trip to get an Ice Cream cone- Molly likes to eat it by herself cone and all...
Yes, this is her portable potty seat that we use when we are outside or whatever- she wanted to set the latest fashion trend- boy this kid is goofy and always keeps us laughing....Ally gave Molly her kitchen and Molly absolutely loves it. She is always pretending to eat what she cooks up except we don't have any fake food yet- still trying to find some.

Molly's hair is finally long enough to sport a pony tail- she looks so dang cute with it and so much older- her hair is kinda awkward right now so we are limited as to what we can do.
Who could say "no" to that face- She is so full of it and pretty happy most of the time- she isn't a baby anymore, but a big girl- We are in the process of trying to figure out the best way to get rid of her Binky if anyone has suggestions please let us know!

DiSneYlaNd...

(this is kinda long-actually really long- lots of pictures)
The BeAcH...
We recently went to Cali and had such a blast- The first day we got checked into the hotel and went to the beach- we knew the water would probably be cold, but Molly loves dirt so why not the beach. It was pretty windy when we went, but not cold- Molly got a kick out of running away from the waves as they came in and loved playing with her shovel and pale-

DiSnEyLaNd...What a fun way to start the summer- We took Molly to Disneyland/California Adventure for the first time and she had a blast- As we would walk into the park she would see pictures of Mickey and all his friends and squeal with delight. so I just knew she was going to love it- We went on all the rides that she could go on and her most favorite would have to be either Dumbo or Small World. She danced the whole way through Small World. It was kinda hard to keep her entertained in some of the lines and they were pretty long. We lucked out a lot of the time not having to wait more than 10 minutes. She liked watching the fireworks and loved the characters. She would walk right up to each one we saw. We would get her picture then she would kiss them on the nose. It was so dang cute. Clint says his favorite ride was the Pirates of the Caribbean. We went on it 3 times just for him and the line was so short each time. They have a "Celebration" Parade in DL and Molly shook her booty the entire parade and just giggle.d with glee. They also had a Pixar Parade in Cali. Adv. and she sat on my lap the whole time glued to the Parade. I think she had a blast and Clint enjoyed himself enough to say he wants to try and go every year. We had a blast at the Happiest Place on Earth!
More fun stuff- Look @ Molly with Minnie- And there is one of the "vacation" Goofy he just walked right up from behind us and started to interact with Molly, she loved it.
Molly mapping out where to go after the "Finding Nemo" ride..Just some of the fun things we did- the first picture is from the Pixar Parade...
Our Last night- Molly was enjoying the "opcor" (popcorn) for sure. She was happy this night- she lasted till after the fireworks the first night- there were no fireworks the second night, but she lasted about the same amount of time. We only left the park for a nap in the middle of the day!GoinG HoMe...
Now- for the trip home, we left Cali at like 10am our time it takes about 5-5.5 hours to get back and well after about 45 minutes into the drive we got stopped on I15 for like 1.5 hours pretty much at a stand still- They made us exit and get on another freeway, well when it was our turn to get on that freeway they closed it too. So we had to back track about 3 hours and find an alternative route home. We stopped in Primm for like an hour on the way so that Molly could run for a little bit. Then we came home and finally pulled in and parked at 11 pm. There was a huge accident a 50 car pile-up that kept us in the car for about 12 HOURS! Molly was a champ so we entertained her by making faces that she would copy. The first 3 pictures are from the way there the rest on the way home.
I am sorry this was way long- we just had ton of fun and took tons of pictures!

Park City

Wow! I love going on trips, we don't get to go very often, but every year we get to go to Park City for a week. (My grandma and grandpa have a time share up there) Well this year was no exception I guess well only that we stayed for 4 days rather than a week. I drove up with my mom because Clint had to stay home for his last couple days of his ESL class- We came home today because my mom has a class the rest of the week and I think Molly had fun, but was ready to come home and play in her room and just plain be home. (Just click the collages to make the pics bigger, I didn't want to overload with too many single pics-I knew there would be a lot)

One day we took Molly to the zoo with my Mom, Courtney, and her fiance' Brandon. We took her last year when she was itty bitty and could really care less, but this year she was all about it. Her very favorite animal was the elephant she was making the elephant sound and action of the trunk all day. I think her most favorite thing was the Carousel though, at first she was a little nervous about it, but once it started going she laughed the entire ride. I can't believe how much she loved that ride- She kept trying to get back on once the ride was over and we were out of the gate:)

They have the nicest pools/hot-tubs where we stay. They have a couple really hot hot tubs and then some that are just like a bathtub that the little ones can play in. Molly has kinda out-grown her baby float (or she just doesn't like to be in it) so we just got her the ring floaty and she did great. She loved to swim and walking around on the steps. (-the pictures from top-right then bottom-left: The whole gang, Miss Molly, Vann and Molly, Molly and I X2, Grandma Grandpa and Molly, Kaitlin and Molly, Grandma and Molly)
These last ones are just from random things, from dinner and just hanging out. Pictures are of Molly with cousins Maddox-Mckayla-Vann, Grandpa, Vann, Cousin Josh, Me, and Kaitlin- MaddoxWe had so much fun and can't wait till next year- Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Ferron!! We had a BLAST!!!
