Santa Claus is Comin to town...

Today we got Molly's pictures taken with Santa Claus at the Dickens Festival. It is my goal to get them done there every year because the Santa is so sweet and looks so real. Last year he just wanted to keep holding her she was just over a month old(the picture at the top of my blog). Even though we waited in line for like 45 min. and we were #6 it was totally worth it.This year I was sure she was going to cry, but she didn't she wouldn't smile and only did her sober face. She looked a little nervous, but got a treat afterwords and when we show her her picture and say "Molly and Santa" she gets the cheesiest grin on her face and lets out a little chuckle. It sure was fun and I can't wait for next year. Isn't her dress so cute, it is her Christmas dress and I just love it. The two little girls in front of us had the same dress on ha! ha! Molly has been VERY nice this year so I am sure Santa is going to bring her more then she could ever want.
This is the best one- I bought one that they took, but was also able to snap some myself so this is just like the one that we got.
My mom was there so she thought to get one of Santa, Molly, and Me-
Isn't he so sweet with her, I just love it!

A mOnThLy UpDaTe

I decided to do a little update on Molly J. Since she is one now I don't so much track the months, but she is continually learning new things and doing new tricks so I am going to continue the monthly update!
Molly is growing so fast, I just can't close my eyes for one second or else I will miss something. She makes us so happy every single day. Even when she decides to wake up really early she is so happy and cuddly you just can't pass that up. Here are just some recent Molly Highlights I guess.
  • A total of 8 teeth-4 top-4 bottom
  • Walks everywhere, and tries to run
  • Can get up all by herself wherever she might be
  • She also loves to just lay on the floor and sprawl out or curl in a ball

  • Loves her baby and pushing her in the stroller
  • Likes to push her own stroller on the back basket
  • Loves her squeaky shoes
  • Says Prayers folding her arms and all ( in this picture her eyes are even closed)

  • Does the cutest Fishy Face
  • Knows what the doggy and Monkey says, they kinda sound the same I guess
  • Loves to see her grandmas she gets so excited
  • Eats everything up like she had never been fed before
  • Loves to pull her piggies out

  • Thinks touching daddy's tongue is so funny
  • Loves to play outside-any occasion to go outside even if it is just to take a diaper to the trash
  • Loves to shop- or at least I guess we can just call her a good shopper-Shes up for anything even Black Friday.
  • Still a total Mamas girl and we would not have it any other way
  • Still a very Smooshy and Delicious little lovin baby
  • Loves to dance and "shake her booty"

These last couple pictures are from a couple weeks ago. My dad was cleaning his Corvette and we decided to take some fun pictures. Just so you know-NO ONE is allowed to even sit in it so for him to actually PUT Molly in there himself was a big step and a shock to all that were watching:)

Mollys 1 yr old Pictures

I copied these from Mikkis blog-cuz I just cant wait to share! She did such an awesome job and it was so fun to spend the morning with her. Molly was obsessed with eating the dirt, grapes, and pomegranates and pretty much whatever else looked tasty! She got kinda cold towards the end so she got a little fussy! Thanks Mikki so much I just love them and can't wait to see the rest. I will probably post more once I get the CD this weekend. WAHOO!

Dress Up

Today was the first day in 3 days that Molly has been feeling well. To start the week she cut a new tooth, then on Wednesday night she started the throw up and got that awful 24 hr. flu bug. We stayed inside all day Thursday and in our jamies. It was kinda nice, but really sweet at the same time. Molly didn't want to play so we snuggled and watched Mickey Mouse and Ellen, 2 great shows right? Anyways so today we were playing a little dress up in her room-She loves her pink silky gloves, her hands are still kinda tiny for these, but she loves to wear them all over the house. She is so funny and a total girly girl. She is a crack up and I am so glad that she is feeling better, there is nothing worse than a sick lil' babe.

She thought this was SO funny-the crown over the eyes!

Since Daddy has been gone a lot this week with work and his ESL class we decided to stay home tonight and watch a movie-nothing better!

Watching the movie with daddy

Watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

This is a pretty fun video- Clint has been pretty busy this week and didn't know Molly had a new found fetish so imagine his surprise when we were in the kitchen and of course Molly followed and see for yourself what happens next.....This probably happens 3-4 times a day along with her pulling off all the books on her shelf. Clint was not very amused:) ps:please excuse my commentary.

3 WonderFUL yeARS

As of today Clint and I have been married for 3 yrs. It has gone by really fast. We have been through a lot in those short three years, but wouldn't trade any of it for anything. We are still continuing to grow and learn from each other. Clint is the most sincere, sweet, loving, compassionate person in the whole world the list could just go on and on I am sure. How lucky of a girl am I to have such a great guy who would do anything for anyone especially me. I love him so much and am so grateful that we still have Eternity to go. Happy 3 Years Clint!

For some reason I can't find the CD with our wedding pictures at the moment so here are just a few random pictures.

CoLoRiNg and CaNdY

Just a quick few little things that have been going on-
1st: Molly can color- the other night I decided to give it a try while Clint and Kyle were watching football. We got the paper and the box of crayons and she thought it was so fun. I had to trace her little hand because I thought it would be special to look back on-I know aww gooshy moment! Especially to taste all the colors after she colored with them for a second. I think half the tops have been nibbled off by a certain little someone. Needless to say she enjoyed it and always goes for the crayons. There will be a lot more coloring in our days I just know it!
Which Color?

Look at that concentration.....

Cleaning up all the Crayons

My happy little artist

I am pretty proud about this cute little scribbled drawing-and YES it is on my fridge!

2nd: Molly sometimes takes her naps on my bed, well the other day I came to check on her and her back was towards me and I just heard this..."mmmmm" "yummmmm" "mmmm-mmmm-mmmm" well she found a candy bar that we had been slowly eating and decided that's what she wanted. there was chocolate EVERYWHERE and dripping down her little chin to her jamies. She was so proud of herself. I had been having a rough morning so when I saw this the whole day got a little brighter. A girl after my own heart- one would wonder why she is called "the Queen of Thighs"
Caught in the act....
Still chowin down, gotta get to the good stuff!
"mmmm, mmmm, good"

JuMpIn JaCkS

Well we have been meaning to go to "jumpin jacks" for a while now, but wanted to wait until Molly could walk and actually jump. We went last night for our little family night we took Ashley and Uncle KyKy with us. Actually Molly said her next big word for the first time which was "KyKy" uncle Ky was pretty excited about it and said since the "mama" and "dada" don't count he is NUMBER 1! She loves her aunts and uncles so much and they are all so cute with her. Anyways-We had a lot of fun Ashley took our pictures cuz she is pregnant and can't jump and play. Molly thought it was so fun and her favorite thing was watching me come down the slide straight for her. She thought it was so fun they turned off the lights and had the bright disco like lights going on and she thought that was just fantastic. We will definitely go again.

Thought I would throw these in too-Molly absolutely loves Minnie and Mickey Mouse- This show is the cutest thing ever and it is not annoying like some of the other kids shows. She gets in a trans and when she wakes up really early or usually on Saturday and Sunday mornings when we don't have to rush to get ready we all lay in bed and watch "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" These pictures are what Molly looks like for most of the show with a few wiggles here and a few wiggles there. It is so cute I love this kid.
Clint wanted to see what he could do to her without her flinching. He pulled all the blankets right up to her chin and stacked pillows right behind her without her even moving.
