Imagine our surprise when we woke up to about 2 inches one fine Monday morning. I had heard it may snow so I told Molly that morning to go look out her window to see if it had. Well she ran in to look and yelled "Mommy, it snow outside on my house, I needa go play in it. Can you get my glubs, boops, and I need my pants" Then she came in with some gloves out of her little bucked and a beanie on her head and claimed to be ready to rock.... It took a little longer than that and some planning- We don't have snow clothes aside from hats and gloves so we improvised. We decided to drive a mile away to my moms to build a snowman and play in her snow since she had grass and we just have rocks. It was a blast and we still managed to play in the snow at our house after picked Ally up and taking Molly to dance. Most the snow was melted by the mid afternoon.
This was our little snowman, Molly wasn't too keen on helping me she just wanted to eat the snow so we compromised on a nice small snowman.
Sweet Magadoo had/has been teething for a few weeks now all sorts of teeth breaking through, but she seemed to enjoy her first experience in the snow till she toppled over and it was over after that.. This little snuggly ensemble she has on is from Aunt Ashley that they gave to Molly when she was born. I was shocked it fit her, it was hard to put her little hood on she we put her other hat on instead. It kept her dry and warm despite tipping over.....
My two sweet snow buddies. Molly was so fun to play in the snow with. Maggie looks so little in this picture.
Yes, that is my brother Cody out in the snow with shorts, a t-shirt, and NO SHOES ON....- he and Molly had quite the little snow ball fight! Molly loved it.
Ally was able to come play with us too...
